Can Watering From Nipples Be A Sign Of Pregnancy?

Good day,my name is Steven, I recently met a girl late 2015, our relation grew stronger and by February 13 we had sex I used condom throughout. because she was on her period. the next month we met we had another sex March 11 and 12 she was on her period again and I used condom all through. however after a week she complained of pain under her abdomen and I told her to go see a doc so she did HIV test which was negative and HVS test which shows she had Staphylococcus. however she was treated for that and seems to be doing but yester night, she sent me a text that she was feeling pain on her breast and that her nipples are erect and when she tried to examine her nipples little water came out of it. please can it be possible that she is pregnant despite using condoms which am sure did not break and also I read online that even if one had sexual intercourse with a woman during her period it is very rare for such to lead to pregnancy. please doc in the house what could be the reason for this recent breast erection and pain.

I understand your concern.
It is quite a remote possibility of your girl friend to be pregnant based on the description you have given. The reasons are:
1. Ovulation does not take place during menstruation and it is not a fertile period.
2. Use of condoms offers fairly a good chance of protection against pregnancy.
3. Only symptoms of breast alone does not say she could be pregnant as there are no associated symptoms.
Also, number of occasions you had intercourse with her is also less.
She could be having symptoms of breast tenderness, erection of nipples and watery discharge from it due to hormonal changes. Many a times, it is physiological and does not require any treatment as it subsides on its own.
In case it persists or occurs repeatedly, it would be advisable to get evaluated by consulting Gynecologist.
