I understand your concern.
It is quite a remote possibility of your girl friend to be pregnant based on the description you have given. The reasons are:
1. Ovulation does not take place during
menstruation and it is not a fertile period.
2. Use of condoms offers fairly a good chance of protection against
pregnancy.
3. Only symptoms of breast alone does not say she could be pregnant as there are no associated symptoms.
Also, number of occasions you had intercourse with her is also less.
She could be having symptoms of breast tenderness, erection of nipples and watery discharge from it due to
hormonal changes. Many a times, it is physiological and does not require any treatment as it subsides on its own.
In case it persists or occurs repeatedly, it would be advisable to get evaluated by consulting Gynecologist.
