mam .....i started walking on treadmill at speed 5 ....now going at 5.5 but there is a slight pain in the abdomen while walking at 5.5.... is it normal....and i heard that ladies shud not jog so plz reply me mam

Ladies should not jog is incorrect - anybody can jog , but with in your comfort level , dont push yourself too much and injure your self.
Regards the pain in your abdomen while on threadmill , may be your are pushing yourself too much , just take it slow and gradual.
Abdominal muscles contract each time you jog or walk , and if you are doing it with out a good warmup , or for the first time , may be you will have pain which gradually settles down .
