Can Vaginal Discharge Cause Any Problem In Getting Pregnant?

hi doctor, just wanted to ask a few questions. first one is im currently wanting to get pregnent so ive decided i want to take blackmores pre conception tablets but im also taking my last dosage of aldactone, i have a week worth of aldactone left, ami able to take the blackmores pre conception tablet and the aldactone until i finish the aldactone? its on 4 days left of the aldactone, or will that make the pre conception not work? another thing ive got a smelly vaginal discharge and smell aparently due to bacteria in my vagina, could that stop me from falling pregnant? i have been priscribed fasigyn and metronidazole, which one usually works better in those cases? would me taking those medications get rid of the smelly discharge and bacteria?? also whats the best method of falling pregnant is there a sex position that helps? also how do i make my husband want to have sex with me more often he seems to only want to do it once a week, how many times a day is sex recommended so i can fall pregnant? also how many days after my period is it fertile time or ovulation time? or should we just do it everyday after my period? also can u fall pregnant while on your period?

Thanks for the query. I understand your concern.
- Aldactone dose needs to be completed first &The basic cause of water swelling edema - needs to be found & completely treated before you plan for a baby. So please get this cleared from the treating doctor.
-Preconceptional medicines are to be taken for 3 months before conception.
Blackmore's preconception has all essential vitamins, minerals & anti oxidants they can be taken even with/after the aldactone-
-The vaginal discharge do hamper sperm movements... so affect conception.
So treatment of white discharge is a must . Please see agynecologist for examination.. investigation like cbc/ deep vaginal swab culture & sensitivity may be advised before offering specific treatment.
- Any comfortable position making retention of semen in vagina for some time ( 20-30 minutes )is good for conceiving .
- !4 days before the expected day of menses is ovulation day. So unprotected sex 2 days before, after & on the ovulation day are most fertile days.. Conception is not possible while in menstruation bleeding.
daily sex ( if possible ) / at least sex on alternate days would give best results.
