Hello It seems from the history that you are having a red spot after punching the eye to remove the contact lens. This indicates damage to the conjunctuval blood vessel resulting in subconjunctival hemorrhage. This will resolve by itself slowly as the blood gets absorbed no need to worry. Headache requires evaluation to find out the underlying cause and the common causes are change in the number or refractive power of contact lens. Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.
Main problem is from prolonged use of contact lens causing dry eye. Your info mation is points toward sclera involvement causing sleritis. it is generally allergic or-auto imunedis order. Both thing are to be excluded. Can start levo cetrizine tablet and dexona eye drop.
