Can Unprotected Intercourse Cause Fever With Joints Pain?

Dear Dr. I had unprotected sex with sex worker ,from next day onwared feeling from 40 days anxioty,fever upto 99.4 f in afternoon some amount of joint pain not feeling much fatique,not feeling sore throught nor nodes under arm or neck,also not feeling headac
feeling hot betwwen 12 noon to 6 pm and body temp.go upto 99.4 F
body temp.from 10 pm to 10 am is around 97.8

unprotected sex with sex worker leads to Std infection and that cause fever and joint pain. so first of all do complete blood examination and urine routine and micro examination. also consult physician .
and never do unprotected sex with anyone.
