HI,I m priya 19 yrs old. I want to reduce weight.. so please can u suggest me some tips to loose weight.At present my weight is 73 kgs..I do yoga every day since from one month.I m the same there is no change in my weight.
You know even I had similar issues, not able to loose weight from the past 8 years. Now I am following the diet chart given by the Nutrionist in this website, it has worked wonders for me. Diet is very important for weightloss.
In order to reduce your weight, it is necessary for diet modifications and lifestyle changes.Your diet should be high in fiber and low in fat.Include more of raw fruits and vegetables in the diet , aviod saturated fats and oily fried food stuffs. Keep yourself much hydrated, take at least 4-5 litres of water every day.Choose milk products low in fat like tofu (soy paneer) instead of whole fat paneer.Whenever your feeling hungry, don't increase the cereal portion, instead increase the vegetable quantity.Take at least two fruits in a day, aviod fruit juices as it increases the calorie content with added sugar in it. Along with diet modifications, daily exercise for at least 30-40 minutes in necessary.
