Hi,

Yes,tubectomy has a failure rate of 1 in 200 ,so if you have missed your period it is best you take a urine pregnancy test and consult a gynaecologist.
As a pregnancy in the tubes ,which is also called ectopic pregnancy is more likely to happen if you had tubectomy done.And this could be a serious problem.
