Can Treated H-pylori Causes Blood In Stool?

hello good morning to you all, i hope you can ask me for this question? im having trouble sometimes. anytime maybe after 3 or 4 months i saw blood on my stool. is there something a remedy for this. thanks. i was diagnosed before last 2008 gastritis, muscle spasms and h-pylori. thanks and waiting for a response.
