Can Treated Brain Tumor Cause Brain Stroke?

Sir , My father had a brian tumor and it got operated 22 years back , as a result he was good till last , but suddenly he got brain stroke at the age of 64 years , we consulted the doctor and suggested to go with tablet strocit plus 800 & Epsolin . could you please guide

There is no connection with the past tumor and recent stroke
Depending on the kind of stroke he should take aspirin
If it is an heamorrhagic stroke you should explore more to find the cause of bleeding
