Can Topcef 100 Treat Urinary Bladder Infection?
Doctor my daughter is affected by urinary bladder infection , doctor advised to take topcef 100 three times a day along with p500 my daughter age is 10 and weight is 32kg. Since last three days she take this medicine but the fever is continue daily and she is looking to tiered doctor please advise me whether this is correct or not I am waiting for your kind reply.

Topcef is good higher antibiotic.
Antibiotic takes some time to act so wait for 2 days more.
If there is no improvement then it is likely that this antibiotic is resistant to organisms produce UTI.
Then go urine culture sensitivity test to know exact organisms andmedicines acting against it.
Meanwhile give her plenty of water and paracetamol as and required.
give her light diet.
Ok and take care.
