Can Tingling In The Side Of The Nose, Chest Cold, Toothache Be Sinus Issues?

for about a week now the side at the end of my nose has been tingling off and on. I do have a really bad sinus problem that is bad enough that my teeth hurt and a chest cold. could that be the reason for the tingle. It's not a constant thing. and mostly on the right hand side.

hello. it is not likely that the tingling is due to a sinus problem, however sinus infection may lead to an infection in the nose , which may cause a tingling sensation. thanks
