Hi, dear
I have gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.

You have hypothyroidism. So you have to take thyroid supplement drug for long time or may be life long.

Hypothyroidism affect pregnancy. You may find difficulties in conceiving. Moreover it also affect fetal growth. You you have to take thyroid supplement like thyronorm to keep your thyroid level normal.
T4 should be in between 4 to 11.
TSH should remain in between 0.5 to 5.0.

If you have cold intolerance and puffy face then go for TSH test. You may need to increase the dosage accordingly.

Hope I have answered your question.
If you have any doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer.
