my husband has gout since this morn. this is about his 3rd attack ,had kidney stones yrs. ago has been to doctor and was prescribed anti inflam , he had a bypass 2 yrs ,and is on a aspirin , he is concerned about taking anti inflam althought they have been prescribed by his gp , what you think

Hello.The risk of digestive bleeding and cardiovascular risk of anti-inflammatory drugs,it is long-term. Use of an anti-inflammatory for a few days does not cause,initially,problems. However, because her husband too are taking aspirin,it is necessary to combine anti-inflammatory with a proton pump inhibitor drug
(Lansoprazole, Pantoprazole ...).
