If mother is blood group negative( eg A-ve) and the fetus is blood group positive(o+ve) then there if happened fetomaternal blood exchange the condition Rh isommunization conditon seems and it affects mother as well as the fetus. For preventing the dangerous effects on mother and baby Anti D is used.
