Thanks for query,
Your problem is psychological rather than physical so I doubt after 6 packs you can solve your problem,
Of course body building is equally good so continue exercise.
But quit ideas that masturbation cause premature ejaculation.
ok and bye.

Welcome to Healthcare Magic
Good Day
My dear, Premature ejaculation usually happens when you fail to ejaculate within the vagina of your partner. It is not related to chronic masturbation. Masturbation has no side effects as such. You can exercise your pelvic muscles as well. Try by actively closing your urinary sphincters for 10 seconds and then releasing them while you pass urine. Do this everyday for 2-3 times a day. Your pelvic sphincters will strengthen and you can hold in your orgasm as well till the right time. Don't worry. Be cool. Eat healthy. Sleep well. Don't take stress unnecessarily. You will be fine.
