Can The Lump Behind Ear Be A Swollen Lymph Node?

Hi, I just noticed a lump this morning behind my left ear, near my hairline. I've noticed a different lump in the past behind my ear, which i believe is a lymph node, and that's still there, but this is new. This lump is near the hairline and is very painful, even without touching it. It is not red and does not itch. It appears under the skin and seems to be getting slightly larger and more painful as the day goes on. Should I be worried? Please help!

Hi,
It seems thast you might be having enlarge, infected lymph node or might be having infected sebaceous cyst.
Consult your doctor and get examined.
If cyst is there, it might require removal.
Ok and take care.
