Can The Inhalation Of Steaming Water And Feces Cause Any Harm?
Hi, Well I took a stool sample today in a contained but then I realised that I got water in my stool, which is not what the doctor wanted. So I decided to wash the stool out of the container with very hot water from tap and was breathing in the steam while doing this. Can the combination of steaming water and faeces harm me?

No it won't harm you by any way. But the stool sample that you were collecting must be now tampered.
So whatever the results will be they won't be reliable enough now.
I would suggest you to discard the sample and get a new fresh sample with the precautions of not getting water in it.
Otherwise there is no harm by inhaling feces.
