Can The Headache Be Due To Brain Aneurysm?

Hi, I have been haven extreme Head aches in the back of my head with some neck stiffness, last year i wen to the emergency room with one of the worst head aches I've ever had, they did a couple of C T scans an diagnosed it as just migraines. I did not see a doctor any further, about two or three months ago the pain returned with a throbbing pain behind my ears and neck . Should I have an M R I done, Could this be a Brain Aneurysm

Yep..Brain aneurysm is one of the reasons for sudden onset severe headache with neck stiffness

But it would be unveiled with CT Brain, it will show Intracranial bleed..if the aneurysm burst in the brain..

if the aneurysm doesn't rupture, Plain CT brain will not show the aneurysm signs..

But sometimes Aneurysm may not bleed itself..
in those cases, either CT Brain angiogram and MRI Brain with MRA might reveal small unruptured aneurysms..
Hope you are glad with my opinion
