Hi Thank you for asking HCM I have gone through your query. The growling sound you hearing from abdomen can be most likely due to miralax. It is not good to take miralax continuously. It may irritate your intestines. You can take fibre rich food or prunes instead of that. Take more water. Taking lime juice with hot water and honey in the morning also will be helpful. Gastritis also gives such symptoms. Short course proton pump inhibitors like esomeprazole therapy will be helpful in such case. If still the condition persist with out improvement then a consultation with a gastroenterologist will be well appreciated as condition like IBS also gives such clinical picture.
