Welcome to Healthcare Magic
Blocked fallopian tubes is usually due to infection. It can be re-canalised and made open by hysteroscopy or laparoscopy in most cases. Consult your Doctor on the chance of fertility after recanalisation in your case. Get treatment for the infection as well. If tubes cannot be recanalised you may need IVF for having baby.
