Can Testis Injury Cause Sperm Problems?

hi, im 24yrs old. i am going lean and thin day by day. my height is 180cms and my weight is 50kgs. during the age of 15, i got hit on my testis. i think my sperms are passing through urine. after passing urine my skins are looking like a aged person. whom i have to meet toclear this. pls help me

You have sustained injury to your testicle 9 years back and now have doubt about the function of the testis.

All the problems that you have are mind related and due to anxiety.

You need to consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get following basic tests done to assess the function of the testicles.
1) Semen Analysis .
2) Ultrasound Scanning of scrotum.

This will help to clear your doubts and allay anxiety.
