Hi, may I answer your health dear sir my name is harish iam 48 now iam going to do the exercise in gym arround two hours i have good body shape. now iwant know if iam using the protien powder small amount is it any harm for my health. please reply to me . thank you very much harish.

Dear Harish , for your info taking supplements becomes essential if you remarkbly lack them in your body and you require it to meet the deficiency of minimum requirement .
Excess of everything is bad .
You already have good body shape . If you take regularly , proper balanced diet containing all essential nutients and supplements in Natural form & regular Exercise Walk , yoga , pranayam , you need not take any thing extra .
Avoid constipation , sleeplessness ,stress ,tea ,coffee , smoking ,alcohol

Sufficient Water intake is very essential .
