My wife and I will be trying to conceive next month. If we make love in a hot tub filled with bubble-bath, is there any danger that the sperm will be damaged in such a way as to cause birth defects? We are patient and it wouldn't be a huge blow if bubble bath prevented our lovemaking from resulting in a conception on that cycle, but we would be very sad if the use of bubble bath led to birth defects either due to contamination of the womb environment or due to damage to the sperm.
