Can Stress Cause Tightness In The Chest, Fatigue And Lightheadedness?

My husband has been having several troubling symptoms. He will have chest tightness, or lightheadness while smelling metal, and on top of both of these he is experiencing extreem fatigue. He has an EKG and a stress test with contrast,as well as blood test. All are OK. Could these symptons be contritubited to stress and or panic attacks, he has had them in the past and is now on Zoloft? Thank you for your time.

Hello
Your husband is having lightheadedness and chest tightness and fatigue.
You have mentioned that his tests are normal.

In that the symptons can be attributed to anxiety disorder or panic.

Zoloft is good antianxiety drug.

Alongwith that psychological therapies like biofeedback and progressive muscle relaxation will help.

Thanks
