Can Stress Cause Bumps On Forehead?

I have tiny bumps on forehead, behind both ears and my chin that appeared suddenly on Friday. They do not hurt or itch but look bad. I lost a friend to cancer last week so my stress level has been high. Could stress have caused the bumps and how can I get rid of them fast?

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. I think you are worrying unnecessarily. The bumps you are talking of could just be some skin infection or blemishes or eruptions. Please do not obsess with them and say that you have susceptibility to cancer. Stress level and bumps do not have any relation. But stress may cause skin irritation or eruptions. Please consult a physician to be sure.

Good luck.
