Can Strep Throat Causes Bump On Tbe Right Jaw Line?
My 4 year old just had Strep throat (diagnosed on Friday; he is still taking the antibiotics). Tonight I noticed a bump right along his bottom jaw line (it feels like a lymph node). Are there lymph nodes in this area? Could it be because of the strep?

thanks for your query, i have gone through your question, the bump could be because of an enlarged lymphnode secondary to throat infection or any tooth infection...ya you are right lymphnodes will be there in that region below the jaw line.. take a course of antibiotics after consulting your physician... i hope my answer will help you.. take care..
