Hello and welcome,

If you had unprotected sex pregnancy may be there. The baby may not be visible as it may have been a delayed conception, meaning ovulation occurred late.

So repeat a urine test after 7-10 days with a first morning urine sample if you continue to have absent periods.

Another possibility is stress and hormone changes. So just wait for 7-10 days. If still no periods and urine test is negative, get a hormonal evaluation.

Hope this satisfies your query.
