Hello and welcome to HCM,
Low platelet counts occurs due to decreased production of platelets or increased destruction of platelets.
Nausea, vomiting, fatigue and abdominal pain do not appear to be related to low platelet counts.
The abdominal pain and other symptoms could be due to abnormalities of the gastrointestinal tract.
Consult your primary health care provider for clinical assessment and thus treatment.

Thanks and take care
