Can Stomach Bloating, Flatulence, Weight Loss, Aches Due To Stress Be Treated?

Hi I have been going through a lot of stress the past 6 months and I have weight loss and when I eat my stomach feels uncomfortably full and I have to belch sometimes to feel releif. Also I have aching muscles in my arms and thighs , get cold and then hot and have a hard time staying asleep wake up alot during night . I am a 55 year old female that has always been a healthy person until menopause and now I feel nervous and have brain fog and vaginal dryness and low libido and now this stomach issue!
