Hello
Welcome to health care magic.

I reviewed your history.
It seems from the history that you are having squint in the right eye. This can be corrected by squint surgery.
The refractive error you have mentioned in both the eyes is simple myopia with astigmatism and this can be corrected by use of spectacles. If you do not wish to wear spectacles you can go for either contact lenses or refractive laser surgeries like LASIK.
Hence I advice you to consult your ophthalmologist for examination and treatment accordingly.

Hope this information is helpful to you.

Thank you
