Can Some Online Doctor Help Me Read This Ultrasound Scan Report?

I am pregnant and had an ultrasound and it shows I have a cyst in my left ovary, No adnexal mass is seen and a trace amount of free pelvic fluid is present in the left adnexa.

what does this all mean? No one told me this, I just read it in the report. I went to hospital and did not know I was pregnant. They think I may be 5 weeks. They said something is present that is most suggestive of a gestational sac, no yolk sac or fetal pole is identified.

I am so confused. I have been having sharp pains in my right side as well. Please help me understand all of this.

Hi,
based on your reports you are pregnant in view of appearance of gestational sac.Yolk sac and fetal pole appears as it grows( gestational sac which contain fertilized product) Fetal pole appears .after 8 weeks of amenorrhea

You also have cyst in left ovary which can be corpus luteal cyst of pregnancy.
Pelvic fluid also is normal in your case .you should consult your gynecologist for further assistance and help
