Can Small, Slightly Raised Tear At The Bottom Of Penile Meatus Causing On And Off Pain During Urination Heal On Its Own?

I have a small tear at the bottom of my penile meatus. Not red or inflamed, but slightly raised, and occasional pain while urinating. Urinalysis showed no complications. Have been recently tested for Syph and HIV, both negative. I'm not concerned that this is anything other than a physical irritation, but will it heal on its own? Can I speed up the process? I have plans to visit my S.O. in a few days' time - will sex make this worse?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your question, this will of course heal without any specific treatment, only thing you can do is keep area clean, for the safety purpose you can apply povidone oint. this will speeds up the healing process and protect from infection better to avoid the physical touch or coitus, till it gets alright, have nice day.
