Can Sinus Infection Cause Fever In Children ?
My 11 year old daughter is running fever with no other symptoms. I gave her Ibuprofen and Children's Cough and Cold about 45 minutse ago and her current temp is 100.2. I am assuming that it may be due to sinus issues because the rest of my family is sneezing, coughing, etc.

Yes , sinus infection ( sinusitis ) can cause fever.But note that sneezing and coughing is not sinus.It is upper respiratory tract infection. Most probably caused by virus as others in the family are also suffering from the same.She should be fine in couple of days.Give her plain water steam inhalation twice a day for 3 days
