Can Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STD) Be Contracted Through Genital Fluids?

Hi, I had sex with a lady. It was protected sex and i used a condom. I did not kiss her nor i licked her. I only sucked her breasts and fucked her with condom on. After i removed the condom i doubt if i contacted some of the genital fluid on the condom and then touched my pennis. What are the chances of contacting hiv or any other std's by contacting genital fluids and touching pennis outside the body..please help

Hello
Thank you for asking question
I am Dr Adil
One can get sexually transmitted disease if there is exchange of fluids. If her vaginal secretions came in contact with your penis then it may transmit disease.
But remember the duration of contact and amount of the secretions also matter. and also there is minimal risk if contact occurred with the penile skin only. Risk is higher if her secretions come in contact with the urethral mucosa as this usually happens in an unprotected intercourse.
And if she doesn't have HIV then you can't get it. Moreover, HIV spread through blood transfusion, exchange of body fluids, from mother to child but it don't transmit by merely touching other person's body.
If you have washed off the secretions immediately and amount was negligible and the contact was with the intact skin of penis then there is minimal to no risk.

You may confirm it, few weeks latter by asking for an STD screening test.

Feel free to ask more question.

Kind Regards.
Dr Adil
