Can Severe Back Pain, Feeling Faint, Sweating And Nausea Be Due To A Heart Attack?

About 10 years ago, I had an episode where I had severe upper back pain between my shoulder blades, and feeling faint, sweating, and nausia. If I had a heart attack at that time. Is there a way they could tell that now? I didn't go to the doctor or hospital at the time.

hi. yes, back pain, sweating and faintness could be symptoms of a possible heart attack. if the pain is persistent, in a cresendo pattern, and you have risk factors ( hypertension, diabetes, increased cholesterol, smoker, family history of heart disease) , you should see a doctor right away so you can be evaluated properly.
