Can Rope Jumping Cause Harm To The Uterus?

I am 20 years old girl born in 1994.... For losing my 80kg weight i started rope jumping since from 3 4 days nd i feel pain in lateral side of abdomen i want to ask that is rope jumping is healthy or is it having any harmful effects like on utrerus or for future pregnancy or on marriage??

Thanks for asking.
Based on your clinical history and query, my opinion is as follows:
1. Uterus is well fixed inside the pelvic cavity. and it is the same with ovary and other organs.
2. Jumping would not cause any harm in future.
3. Loosing weight is more helpful for future pregnancy as it reduces the risk of ovarian disease.
4. The pain in lateral side of abdomen is possibly related to muscle sprain.
