Can Reeling Of Head Suggest Migraine?

My son is 10 years 10 months old. He complains of reeling of his head. This has occured for the first time about six months ago. He was shaking very badly and his body becomes cold. He says he sees some light from the outside corners of both the eyes. This goes on for about half a minute. We have consulted neurologists. Brain scan reports are normal. Doctor has suggested that this may be due to migraine. But I am not feeling satisfied. Please suggest what should I do.

HHi dear.

I had gone through your query.
Headache with physical symptoms require investigation.

1st Ct scan/MRI.
2nd fundus and eye sight examination.
3rd blood pressure and routine physical work up.

These are necessary to find appropiate cause.

If come normal tthen no need to worry.

Migraine is episodic illness occur episodic and associate with nausea/vomiting/photophobia etc.

So consult neurologist and get help.
Still if you have a query then feel free to ask.
Happy to help you. Thank you.
