Hi,

You may be right. You are having psoriasis. The rash on penis may be psoriasis. Still, you consult dermatologist. After thorough examination, he may firmly diagnose that the lesion on penis is psoriasis. Oral treatment like methotraxate weekly 15 mg or acitretin 10 mg daily might improve the lesions. On penile lesions, mild steroid like mometasone or vitamin D derivative like calcipotriol oint may be applied. You may be improved after long term treatment. I hope you got my answer.

Thanks.
