Can Prostate Cancer In Gleason Stage 4 Be Completely Treated?

my father is having a prostate cancer'it is gleasons grade-4.In specimen report-r(lobe)-6cores,l lobe-6cores,macroscopy-right-seven pieces of grey white tissue all ranges in size for 1 to 1.8cms.all embedded.left-6 linear pieces of white soft tissue ranges from size1 to 1.6cms.all embedded.is this cancer can be compeletly cured.wht will we do?

Standard treatments for clinically localized prostate cancer include:
Active surveillance
Watchful waiting
Radical prostatectomy
Radiation therapy
Hormone therapy

For further clarification meet your oncologist.

And yes it can be cured.
