Can Propranolol Cause Low Heart Beat?
I have cardiomyapthy caused from a weak heart muscle. I was just prescribed Propranolol for essential tremors in my hands. I have taken it only 2 times and have checked heart rate and it has been in low 50 s to low 40 s. Should I take medicine again ? I do have a ICD. Can this medcine be cause ? I have had headache and high BP all day. Thanks.

Yes ,Propranolol can cause low heart beating .
But if you will stop use it or not you should contact with the doctor who have prescribed propranolol.
While you have ICD and have had high BP with headache you should talk with your follow up doctor .
