Can Profuse Growth Of Staph Aureus And Candida Albican In 35 Weeks Of Pregnancy Be Treated And Normal Delivery Happen?

i am 35weeks + 5 days,had itching in my vagina and later appeared with sore and boils.went for a test and was diagnosed with profuse growth of staph aureus and moderate growth of candida albican.please can i be treated of the infection and also have a normal delivering

Hello and welcome,

Please do not worry. Even if there is a profuse growth, the organism can be easily killed by antibiotics and antifungals by the time your go into labor.

So just see your doctor and start treatment as soon as possible.
