Promolout -N (norethisterone) 5mg is taken 5mg three times a day for postponing the periods. If you are taking only two tablets per day, then also it is fine. If postponing of period occurs then you need not worry about the dose. It can be taken at once or it can be taken at two times (divided doses are preferred).
Feeling of abdominal pain which mimics period like pain is quite common. Consult your gynaecologist if it is severe. You can drink moderate amount of alcohol but be cautious especially about gastric side effects.
Hope this helps. Thanks.
