hi, i can understand your concern..

nightfall occurs because the semen from the prostatic gland and seminal vesicle is overflowing, its like a bucket filled with water, if u are not withdrawing the water and it is continuosly filled with som water source then it will overflow after sometimes. same happens with the semen also, it is formed and stored continuosly so u have to remove it by means of sex or masturbation ans if u dont remove it then at some time it will overflow during sleep, during urination and defecation when the intraabdominal pressure is high, which causes pressure on the prostate gland and genitals...

so i ll suggest that either masturbate or engage in sex legally [get married]..

if u have pain in scrotum and there is tenderness then u shud seek advice from surgeon for any infective pathology locally..
