Can Pregnancy Happen If Condom Is Left In Vagina?

hello, me and my Girlfriend had sex 12hours ago I used condom but after finishing The condom got left in her vagina ( we got it out in the shower) so is there a chance that she might get pregnant "is it a big chance) and how can I now if the result is positive within 3 days? thank you

the left over condom in vagina contains sperm may cause pregnancy.
if you dont want to conceive you can take i pill within 72hrs of intercourse.
or you have to wait till your next period due date to confirm pregnancy by urine test.
