Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
I read your query carefully.
No, thyroid does not depict pregnancy.
These symptoms can also be due to the thyroid issue.
Regarding periods i would ask you
1)Were your periods regular before??And this happened 1st time that they are over due???
2)Are you taking some kind of contraceptives?
I would advise you to go for following tests:-
1) Urine pregnancy test
2) Serum Beta Hcg
3) Pelvic Ultrasound
4) Visit your gynaecologist with your reports.
Only after the tests result we can comment on pregnancy.

Hope so it will be helpful.
You can write again in case of any query or follow up.
Wish you Good health.
Regards
