Hi,
If you have regular 28-30 day cycles, you had the sexual contact during your fertile period. Please note that ejaculation and complete penetration is not needed for conception to occur. The pre-ejaculate contains enough sperm to cause conception during the fertile or ovulatory period. Moreover, deposition of semen on the surface of the vagina or the vulval introitus can cause conception. You may either wait for your next menstrual cycle or take an emergency pill if you still happen to be within the stipulated period. Hope this helps.
