Hello welcome to HCM.
I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Pravastatin is a cholesterol reducing medicine. It can cause muscle injury ranging from muscle pain to severe muscle injury also.

Ask your doctor to do your CPK MM LEVELS. It
Will confirm whether you have any muscle damage or not. If the report is normal then you can continue medicine unless there is persistent pain and no other cause has been found.

As such there is no immediate damage to stop Pravastatin suddenly, you should consult your doctor because he can reduce your medcine dosage or can change with other class of medicines also.

Thank you.
Have a nice day.
