Can Pleurisy Cause Muscular-skeletal Pain ?

I had pluerisy 5 years ago and my lung on my left hand side hasn t been right since. Recently I ve been experiencing pain below my collar bone on my left side, radiating to my shoulder and down as far as my elbow, to the extent that my arm feels heavy and my chest can get tight that I have difficulty breathing. The doctors say that it s muscularskeletal but it s getting worse.

Hello.
Welcome to HealthcareMagic forum.
By the description it seems to be a lung problem rather than a musculoskeletal pain. Best way is to go for an X-ray lung and if necessary, you can also go for an MRI chest to pinpoint the diagnosis. This will make the situation clear.
