Can Placenta Praevia Condition Cause Difficulty During Delivery?

i am 35 week pregnant and doctor diagnose me placenta per via from 20 week of pregnancy. still there is no change in position placenta . is there any risk to my baby health and to me at the time of delivery. doctor says you will have c section delivery and you need blood so i am worried about my health and my baby health . at present i have no bleeding problem and my hb is 10.80 my bp is aslo normal as per doctor my baby is floating and every thing is normal . but i am worried for the time of delivery everything will be okey na.

in this case nothing can be done manipulation of foetus position can be done to some extent but not in placenta previa. there will not be any harm to baby only the history is to be given to treating doctor. may be caesarian may have to be done to avoid excessive bleeding.
