Can Pityriasis Rosea Cause Miscarriage ?

was diagnosed with pr last week, 11 weeks pregnant , had a scan today that told me heartbeat had stopped,it stopped last wk according to the scan. did the pr cause it,ive had it aprx 2 wks now.thanks
